I am seeing a lot of replies that show 10 g amounts pre, during, or post workout.

I love creatine but it hurts my stomach in amounts over four grams. I split mine up over the day but usually no more than six.

Does 10 g have a specific benefit? And is anyone using anything other than micronized creatine to get these larger amounts?

Personally it's cause we all know 5gms is a basic maintenance dose so since a lot of us here like to take more of everything we use 10gms.

But intracellular water retention, not subq retention.
I add 5gr monohidrate to my intra-w shake or post-w meal (with carbs).

IMO there is not really a need for additional creatine while cycling; if you want to add it in 5mg pwo will be sufficient.

Creatine would always make me bloated and retain water. Maybe it's my genetics but stopped taking it years ago.

Over the years I have found:
CEE is much better than monhydrate as far as better absorbtion, less stomach upset, and less bloat goes.... Stacks great with Anavar. If you're using slin, creatine and glutamine really enhance the effects.
