killing it

Well last week I got stupid sick took me out for a full week of working out I was. Not very happy about that BUT gotta love gear I hit the gym this week and slam out weights like they made of cardboard every muscle group PR after another. So glad I.made gains while sick haha.

Towards the end yes I did but it wasn't that bad. A heart burn pill stopped it quick

cycle done for a few weeks now

Well its been a few weeks if started my pct and I feel good still.

Water has fallen off pretty fast and my strength is still climbing. I'm super happy with the results gained about 25pounds this time around and I can already tell a lot of it was muscle. Just in definition and size of muscle groups I can tell.

Can't wait to cut this fat and see the true me!

Now I'm thinking about a cut cycle obviously its way to soon for it but never hearts to start planning. Anyone got some suggestions?
