Naturally I got to around 210-215 and around 11%, then did my first test cycle 400mg/week where I did not control estrogen properly but I gained around 30lbs and kept around 20lbs, and got to about 10%. When all the y’all after came off.
Then I didn’t cycle for a year or so then when I did my first test/mast/tren cycle I changed daily and lost a lot of fat and gained muscle. I was around 235 and as lean as I had ever been. Made sure to control estrogen that time though.
I’m 6’2 so looked like a string bean regardless.
Decided to “bulk” and did 500mg of test, mast 600mg, and anadrol 50mg first several weeks then jumped to 100mg for 3 weeks and got to 245. That was my biggest. Mast and AIs kept bloat off so it was mostly lean gains with some fat. I looked best when I dropped the anadrol and finished with test/mast.
I prefer to sit around 220-230 and not get over 14% now. Quality of life kicks ass and moods are stable.
Still never ran high Tren, GH, EQ, or insulin. Eventually I’ll get on GH I’m sure though as I get older and if I can find a legit source. So I don’t really know what my full potential is, but I just don’t want to suffer as I’m not competing. Diet is everything and goes along way with minimal AAS.
