See below for updated cycle info. Feeling great and I've been getting a few comments from people on my increased size. Pic below is from post leg and lats day. Body weight is consistent now at 220-222. Lifting 4-5 times per week now and 2 times fasted morning cardio with 2 other cardio sessions in per week.
Cutting out DECA now and adding in Mast and Tren at 100mg each EOD, also adding some Test P in with my Test E. Ran insulin for 2 weeks and cutting that out now. I'd love to run it for longer but I'm also helping a buddy get in shape for his wedding at the end of the month so I'm going to start cutting with him. Lowering carbs and increasing cardio for the next 3 weeks. Pic taken after working shoulders yesterday.
Here is some updated pics. 5 weight sessions, 3 x fasted cardio of 1 hour, and 2 other cardio sessions last week. Weight is about the same at 218 but I'm really buckling down the diet. Yesterday I had 260 grams of protein and less than 50 grams of carbs. Hoping to keep this rolling. Periodically using brockaid for the ephedrine as it really helpful with appetite suppression.
Last weekend I went on a wilderness fishing trip for 3 days. The area was wilderness in every sense of the word. Canoe from lake to lake and portage between lakes. A 60+ lbs pack on your back and a canoe over your shoulders. It’s incredibly physically taxing and it didn’t help that the temps ranged from 20 F – 50 F and it snowed most of Saturday. We managed to catch enough fish for a shore lunch and brought home 2 x 24” lake trout which I ate promptly on Monday night and Tuesday.
Morning fasted morning cardio almost daily now. Weights in afternoon 4-5 days a week. Sometimes another jog or bike ride in the afternoons with my son. I either push him in our BOB stroller or tow him behind my bike. I was hoping to have lost a few more pounds by now. I feel like I’m dieting pretty hard. Almost 2 gallons of water daily.
Below is a snapshot of my day today. This is pretty typical over the last 10 days.
6:30 AM – 30 mins cardio, abs
7:15 AM – 50 grams whey with skim milk
945 AM - 10oz chicken breast, broccoli
11:15 AM – Preworkout
11:50 AM – Workout- weights
1:30 PM – 4 oz lean beef, 4 oz lean turkey, 1 large apple
500 PM – 6 oz fish, 5 oz chicken breast, broccoli
730 PM – 1 large spoonful natty peanut butter, 1 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 oz chocolate
900 PM – 50 grams whey with skim milk
Went to Vegas over the weekend for the first time ever, wow is that place fun. Tapered down the anabolics beforehand because I knew I would be drinking. Still couldn't keep my hand off the honeys though. Ran into Bobby Lashley too, which was super cool.
Big thanks to MidwestBeast and Muscle Research because they sent me a jar of Pumpjuice Extreme to log. Took my first dosage today and feeling the heat in the gym right now. Hitting chest and back today. First impression was great flavor without an overwhelming flavor like my last Preworkout (C4). Feeling great pumps after 30 minutes and a few supersets. More impressions to come later. Also 40 mins fasted cardio this morning. 2 a days 6 days a week now until end of the month!
Some updates:
While dieting ive started to become more reliant on high fiber foods to try and stay full. These foods primarily consist of carrots, apples, oikos triple zero greek yogurt, and Metamucil. Getting my protein in is not a concern bc I'm ravenous, periodically using bronkaid to reduce hunger. I will consider carb cycling soon because at this point it would prob be good for me. Also using Pumpjuice Extreme during the noon hour over my lunch period. It ususally takes me about 75 minutes including drive and shower time to make it to the gym and back to work. I do have to admit that I love the extra attention my phisique is getting from women.
This was last Friday evening on a lake 10 minutes from my house. We didn't boat any fish but saw 3 including a 50+ inch muskie that came in right next to our boat! Gorgeous evening on the water.
When the contest wraps up, would you mind tossing up a separate thread for the Pump Juice for me? Would really appreciate it (and if you're keeping this one going or doing another, you can always copy and paste -- that's no biggie to me at all).
