fuck.
drop all aas… drop all excessive eating (I would go straight to low calorie IF on vegan diet)
some cardio, and the support supplements that NH and Dante have talked about in the past. maybe some lisinopril
im sure Maldorf will be a good resource as well.
Sorry to hear that bud. We've got several members who have had heart issues and improved ejection fraction. I expect them to chime in.
Good news is with some lifestyle modification and medication/supplements, you can almost always get your EF numbers up.
Your predicament is a fear many of us have. Do you care to share your usage patterns over the years? GH and AAS or just AAS? ON most of year or cycle off? Blast/cruise? Dosages? Family history. Alcohol? You may be able to help many with your experience.
Good luck. You will get better from this low point.
Doesn't sound like heavy AAS/gh abuse. May just be a combination of genetics and elevated BP over time. Enlarged heart runs in my family so I pay attention to posts like yours. Keep us posted and stay positive. You'll get your numbers up it doesn't sound like you're a hardcore user.First cycle 25 iirc 300 test, 300eq 30 dbol 5weeks
In 20 years I've done less than 15 cycles. Most were 12 weeks. And only one exceeded 1g of test. Did low dose test and gh 2iu once.
Only Drink on the weekends, hardly ever during the week.. No family history of alcohol, no hard drugs, dad has high bp, older brother had high bp but got it under control with diet and exercise. My bp fluctuates, can usually get it to drop with some cardio and diet
Latest update.. Had an issues on Sat morning while getting an MRI.. Lungs filled with so much fluid, breathing became very difficult. Cardiologist say my heart is so bad that if i did everything right, I'd have a 25% chance of making it a year. Says a transplants is a must
I agree. It seems strange. You think this is only from the the AAS cycles you've done?how old are you if i may ask?
its bizare your ef is so low although your dosages are very conservative and you have stated no family history of heart issues.
Anything else you are taking (recreational drugs sth like that..?)

45 yrs old, smoked weed for breif periods 3-4 weeks, then nothing for years sometimes. X twice 20 yrs ago. No coke, crack, meth. Older brother and father have high blood pressure, brother got off the meds with diet and exercise. Mom passed several years ago from Alzheimer's.
Doctors are confused because I've been doing construction fo the last year. Doc said with such a low EF number i should've been showing signs
were you sick sometime between last year and now?
maybe myocarditis?
you should def have symptoms even @ 25-35%. thats why i am confused that it went that fast if you say you did hard work last year.
did the MRI show any signs of myocaridits? any scar tissue?
did you take anything else besides what you mentioned? Special medication or something like that.
how was your stress level the last few months? anything to mention?
10% is very low and you should have felt it creeping up to you.
