Just a little update on my renewed commitment to my fitness journey! August of last year vs. August of this year! Left was 10 years no gym, sleep apnea, high blood pressure, prediabetic. Right is after hiring a coach and just really changing my lifestyle in every way! Never felt better at 38! Looking forward to having a true off-season for the first time and seeing where I end up next summer! Maybe even do a local show! Hope I can encourage/motivate someone out there struggling!

Hey! Really I think just feeling overall miserable mentally and physically these past several years in combination with the bp issues, out of breath all the time, not sleeping well at all! My wife would say I would stop breathing at night for 10-15 seconds at a time so definitely some sleep apnea in there as well!

I feel like a new person!

This is my last update picture from this morning of this intensive dieting phase (no water, no pump, no food yet) then doing an off period for 6-8 weeks per my coach. Then hopefully get some size on by next summer!

Approaching week 4 of “cruise” phase down to 250 Test C. And 2-2.5 IUs GH. Still getting a solid rebound in strength since adding more carbs back in! Probably 6-8 weeks total cruise then hitting it hard to try and gain some size at my ripe age of 38 lol.
