worst part was, the doctors had no idea what the problem was. the amount of milk was the only thing in my diet that changed, and while correlation doesn't prove cause and effect, it is a strange coincidence...

Random off topic. I always hear things like
"Kai and Compton and ramy eat 9 pounds of fish a day and wash it down with a gallon of milk"
9 pounds of milk is one thing but a gallon of milk seems possible but Id say wuth lactase.
I don't know, whey with lactase added feels so much better than whey alone.

Liquid calories and such are easier for me.
Feel better and get more of what I need without gut expanding lol.
It's not good to listen to what others say yes. But to hear it from the trainer and actual bodybuilder. I remember years and years ago Flex Lewis telling my friend at the airport that
he needs to use as much gh as he can afford. 15 iu or over. And his buddy said eat 7000 cals at least.
Hearing things from the source sucks sometimes.
kai greens trainer talking bout 9 lbs of fish. Wtf
We all talk about drug responses and dosages of pros.
But not so much about the amount of food they take in.
I remember seeing Palumbo's 10k diet and was like wtf.
I also remember seeing Ronnie's suggestion of up to 800 grams
Protein to be a pro.
I tired drinking lactaid milk.. still got all the classic symptoms of lactose intolerance..
I didn't used to be lactose intolerant... but that changed after I drank a gallon of milk a day for a year..
lactaid milk advertises itself as being "lactose free", but it's not...it just contains the lactase enzyme. I know everyone here knows that, but im sure they fool most of their consumers.
Back when I was compeating in PL I drank a gallon of raw goats milk per day it was expensive!
There is a lot of info on the internet pertaining to goats milk and its advatages over cows milk check it out.
A gallon of whole milk per day is an old school, tried and true method of gaining weight. I have used this on High School football players jumping from Sophomore to Varsity level with great results. Typical weight gain is anywhere from 30-50 pounds in 6-9 months. Sure, they put on some fat, but they got great strength and muscle gains as well. If you are bulking, it's worth a try. Wish I would have known about it during my first year of training. I hate plain milk, but would have done anything to get bigger.
This method comes from the old book Super Squats by Randall Strossen.
I've been drive.king a gallon of milk everyday since I was 15 .. I can't live without it. If I took milk out of my daily food intake I would get shreddded
Milk does a body good....when you're young. Better sources of protein if you ask me. That's not to say don't drink milk if you like it, but not at the rate of a gallon a day. eat meat. if you simply 'must' drink it, good ole reliable protein shakes with milk added in will do nicely. just my two cents.
What Archer said. If you're gonna do it, do it right with raw milk. Preferably goat because it's easier to digest (smaller casein globules). Gonna be pricey though as you already know.
I think drinking a gallon of past/homo milk a day is a punishment for crime in some countries.
is that a gallon IN ADDITION to your regular food intake?
I say go ahead and try it. its only 2 cups 8 times a day.....
I can think of better ways to increase cals by 2400 a day.
then again, im mid-40's, the thought of 8 pounds of milk a day alone makes my tummy hurt.
and is that count as your liquid intake or are you gonna drink a gallon of water, too?
