Didn't watch but good to hear this info out Daniel here was the first I remember advising against donations

Interesting - how much nato to start?
I don't use telmisartan so my dose will likely be different but 200mg kept me in line at lower doses. 500mg has me in line on 1500 test 900 eq 600 npp.

I'm not actually sure what the FU to MG conversion is, I have always seen Nattokinase quoted in FU measurements.

This paper seems to suggest 2000FU is enough for the benefits we want: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4479826/

Dante has recommended 4000FU here:
 
Oh well i dont know. I drain off a pint every six months, twice a year, i feel better.
This is good. There are therapeutic benefits to donating blood every once in a while. But the important point is that there is no added benefit for a bodybuilder to donate blood compared to a normal male.
 
I also want to point out that as good of a supplement that 10,800FU of nattokinase appears to be, there is no evidence at all that it lowers hematocrit. The only evidence we have are anecdotes from people on the internet.

That doesn’t mean that the absence of evidence is the same as evidence against, but it still needs to be said.

This being said I’ve only ever done it twice
That’s fine. There are benefits for the average guy to do it once in a while (probably because it reduces iron, which having high levels of can be harmful).
