Donating in my opinion is a last resort. Replenishing iron levels is a long process.

Oh god yes,,you DO NOT want to tank your iron you will feel like SHIT for months. I learned this the hard way.

Typical I read this AFTER booking in to a blood let

However I do all the above suggest things and it still seems to run high maybe a genetic thing to

Plus I never feel bad afterwards in fact I don’t feel much of anything i often train straight after as the clinic is in the same building as the gym

This being said I’ve only ever done it twice

I don't use telmisartan so my dose will likely be different but 200mg kept me in line at lower doses. 500mg has me in line on 1500 test 900 eq 600 npp.

I'm not actually sure what the FU to MG conversion is, I have always seen Nattokinase quoted in FU measurements.

Why do you care if your HCT is high? What are you worried about?

This is good. There are therapeutic benefits to donating blood every once in a while. But the important point is that there is no added benefit for a bodybuilder to donate blood compared to a normal male.

I also want to point out that as good of a supplement that 10,800FU of nattokinase appears to be, there is no evidence at all that it lowers hematocrit. The only evidence we have are anecdotes from people on the internet.

That doesn’t mean that the absence of evidence is the same as evidence against, but it still needs to be said.

That’s fine. There are benefits for the average guy to do it once in a while (probably because it reduces iron, which having high levels of can be harmful).
