Any benefit to spreading out 10 ius a day or it doesn’t matter if you take it all at once first thing in the morning?
will dosing once vs splitting up have any effect on igf1-levels? heard that splitting raises igf1 more but only speculationswhen it comes to muscle building you can give full daily dose at once because the overall daily dose is more important than the timing of administration, but when it comes to fat burning, the more often you give small doses, the more effectively it will support the burning of fat tissue

I have read that it’s best to take your GH first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Supposedly the body produces most of its natural GH at night when you sleep anyway.The only real difference I felt was sleep. If I take all my hgh right before bed, I sleep great. I can get 9-10 hours if I whack myself with 10 ius. If I spread it out over the day, I dont get great sleep. But I feel sleepy over the day.
So for me, it is always before bed.

Ive checked the same batch a 4 different time , 10iu shot IM gasted then have blood drawn 2 hr later the replaced but shoot SubQ and the sub Q was a little lower , almost a full point BUT if you checked it at 3 , 4 and 5 each would the SubQ be high because of slower release??How about taking your HGH subQ vs IM?
