Taking time off GH

How many of you take some weeks/months off at a time from GH? Reasoning?

I’m going to take some time off now(month or so) because just to feel how it is without and to reset things.

none of the bodybuilders I know come off GH all year round except 1-2 weeks before a competition

I believe @Type-IIx also said after a long time on you become less sensitive for the IGF raise so a ‘reset’ could be beneficial. Not 100% sure tho.

I don't know what science says, but I know what all bodybuilders do and that's what I follow - the effects I see

tbh i was even thinking to up the dose of HGH to 15iu ed, i will never stop it.

Minimum dose for me is 10iu year round (a bottle of generics), even if one day i will be on TRT.

I never take time off GH. I've been on nonstop in varying doses since 2019.

I took a week off to hit weight for a powerlifting competition (lost a couple lbs of water, made the cut easier) and a week off for a Mexico beach trip (douche, I know).

Other than that I always stay on, but occasionally drop dose to 3-4iu vs higher

Know that what I take is meaningless for you.

If I cruise I might drop to 6IU. Otherwise 10IU year-round and varying at different points - really high blast with insulin in a growth phase, use it for more fullness while dieting, etc.

Lowering the dose I can understand, but I don't see the point in stopping if you just plan to go back on.
