7 meals a day, 2.5hrs apart. I hate that IFYM stuff tbh, as I feel that single ingredient whole foods are much more conducive for performance in the gym.

Meal 1
85g cream of rice
60g blueberries
1 cup egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 slice rye bread

Meal 2
300g Jasmine rice
170g chicken
10g avo oil

Meal 3
170g 96/4 ground beef
280g jasmine rice

Meal 4
170g 96/4 ground beef
85g cream of rice

Meal 5
170g tilapia
250g jasmine rice

Meal 6
225g chicken
375g sweet potatoe

Meal 7
1 cup oats
2 scoops whey iso

At only 18 I'm guessing you still live with parents? If so does your mom prepare/cook all those meals for you? If so, wonderful mom!

I prep and buy all my food man! I work two jobs in order to facilitate ahaha, but thank you man!

both of these guys were a similar age to you yes enhanced but both touted as next Mr olympias and neither did shit in the grand scheme of things and both jacked it in

The only people I ever heard mention Cody was in norcal

Never met the kid but we are around the same age and I used to work in a supplement shop next door to where he worked out and some of the kids who would come in mentioned him to me

Someone recommended you start a YouTube channel and some social media . It's a great way to network and even get paid . Just my 2 cents , stay away from all the natty talk , don't say anything , people will form their opinions no matter what you say . If you ever decide to use any drugs it will show and you'll be vilified and judged way harder by the natty crowd and haters in general . You look great and the sky is the limit for you , happy to have you here

All these guys who have their mom’s and wives prepping their meals are lucky as hell.

I’ve been prepping and buying my own food since I was 15.
