We usually increase oils and stay away from excess saturated fats. This week is lower than my last phase. We were doing 12ml a meal of mac oil on baseline and off days. I say doubtful because I know how AJ does things and I keep saturated fats low with my strong genetic predisposition to heart issues. Carbs- absolutely as we are pushing those higher and higher on baseline and high days which are 1-2 times a week currently.
