It's called probiotic duo. It's from his company Cree nutrition. It's a probiotic prebiotic combination. I got a free trial from him to review and the stuff really has been helping my IBS. Hit him up. He still needs lots more Amazon reviews on his products
 
Alright today was arms. My stomach has been off today so I missed one meal. Here's my workout
Rope pushdowns superset with cable curls:4x15x12
Dip machine pad pushdowns super set with grip f4rce dumbbell curls:4x12x10
Overhead rope extensions super set with machine preachers:4x12x10 plus ten partials and ten second I so hold
35 minutes liss on the treadmill
 
Well I caught some food poisoning or something. Crazy diahreah all night and day. I lost ten pounds between last night and now with all the water I lost so no leg day today
 
Alright today was back day. Strength was really good even though my eating and hydration has been off the last few days from that stomach bug.
Two arm supinating pulldowns:4x10
Underhand ez bar cable rows:4x10
Assisted Chins:4x10
Smith machine rows:4x8
Dumbbell shrugs with 3 second pause at top:3x14
 
I'm back!!!! Alright...so that horrible stomach problem I've been having...turns out it was giardia!! Probably got it from the lake. Treated it with flagyl and I'm feeling much better. Been out of the gym for about a week and a half because of the wedding but I'm really itching to start back again tomorrow.
 
Glad to see you back brother!I am here with my little girl but gonna try and kick ass in the gym and really start nailing my food!

So today was chest and shoulders. Everything felt pretty good after the time off. No nagging little pains.
Banded machine presses: worked up in sets of 8 until I couldn't get 8 anymore. Almost got the whole stack. Roughly three work sets
Incline smith press: worked up in sets of 6 until I couldn't get 6. Roughly three work sets
Pronated dumbbell flyes super set with bench press:4 sets each of 6 reps
Dumbbell laterals super set with heavy lateral swings:4x10x25
Rear delt cable flyes:4 sets of 25/20/15/10
Machine shoulder press:4x10
Band y raises:2x15
 
Ok yesterday was back day and it went like this
seated cable rows:4x10
wide grip pulldowns:4x8
prone bench barbell rows:4x10
single arm barbell rows:4x10
deadlifts:4x6
Upper traps are pretty sore today. Havent deadlifted in awhile but my sciatic wasnt bothering me and so i went for it. Had fun teaching my girl to deadlift too
 
Today was arm day. Girl had to leave early for work so I did the last half of the workout alone
V bar pushdowns:4x12 super set with barbell curls with 3 second negative for 10
JM presses:4x10 super set with dumbbell curls:4x10
Overhead rope extension:4x13 superset with machine preachers:4x10 with 3 second negative then 10 partials then 10 second iso hold for every set
 
Well...things had gotten rough again the last few days. The burping and stomach distress came back. So apparently I didn't have giardia and it was just a coincidence that it went away. I had an appointment with my GI doc today. He believes I have bile gastritis. Basically my liver leaks bile back into my stomach causing all these issue. He put me on a new med and I'll be on it for a month and back for another evaluation. If it doesn't get better I'll be getting another endoscopy. I felt pretty good today though. I trained chest and shoulders today
Banded hammer incline:I used the green band instead of red today and damn it was heavy. I could only add two plates and a 25 to the machine for four sets of 8
Reverse banded smith presses:5x6
Flat dumbbell press superset with dumbbell flye:4x12x8
Cable flye:2x15
Dumbbell lateral:4x12 plus twenty partials at the end of each set
Hammer machine press:4x10
Cable reverse flyes:4x20
2 sets of mountain dog 6 ways
35 minutes on the elliptical

Ya I do too. The doc thinks that this is happening due to me having no gallbladder. The bile had nowhere to go and backflows into my stomach. And hen since I have IBS already it just exacerbates that even more
 
Hopefully there is something they can do to help. Ill keep ya in my prayers

Mountaindog stretchers:4x10

Dumbbell shrugs:2x15 with 3 second negative
35 minutes on the elliptical
Felt really good at this workout. My girl is killing it too. She added 30 pounds to her t bar rows today

Nice!! I'm back up to 226 this morning now that I'm able to eat normally. Yesterday's workout was arms. Here it is
Cable pushdowns:4x12 superset with cable curls:4x10
JM presses:4x10 superset with dumbbell curls:4x6 with a 3 second negative followed by as many 1 arm dumbbell curls as I could get
Overhead rope extensions:4x12 superset with machine preachers:4x12 plus 8 partials and an 8 second Iso hold
Lying dumbbell skull rushers:2x15 superset with hammer curls:2x10
Did 20 minutes on the elliptical then headed home
Strength felt really good this workout. Also changed up my cycle. I dropped the deca, lowered my tren and threw in 2 ml a week of our eq600. No pain whatsoever from such a high dose product and I gotta say I'm impressed
