How do you fellas feel after a workout?? I usually feel drained mentally and physically and even light-headed with no desire to do anything but crash on the bed. I always thought a person is supposed to feel energized after a workout. I've tried everything, (not eating before the w/o, eating before, eating right after, waiting an hour after to eat). I sip on Intra-Md during my workout and it has helped tremendously with recovery but I still feel like death post-training.
