How much money do you spend in food weekly?

i spend anywhere from 200-275 per week and don’t feel like it’s enough.
i still feel like i eat like a bird. but i think that is because i do IF 8-16. not eating for those 16hours probably is what makes me feel that way. but damn all that around the clock bulking has made me fat, i had to try something else.

I spend 75 a week roughly. I live by myself and have quite a few bills so I do what I can. I watch some big on a budget videos and follow them. 75 doesn't include my supplements though

Some of your groceries bill's are insane. I feel much better about my spending now. I'm spend maybe $150 tops for myself and my girl who eats a few times with me. This is all high quality food, mostly fresh produce.
