How to heal the tissue?

Why stop at punching it? You can bite it, cut it and set it on fire to really kick off the healing process.

I heard Arnica cream does the trick. Should at least help with the bruising after you get done punching it.

Don't know if it helps.. but there are times something on my body will hurt. It will get some irritating that I'll punch the area or so something to make it hurt more.
Like when I injured my rib this week. It hurt to flex any part of that my body.
I just decided to go outside and hang. I felt the rin and everything becomes unglued. Hurt like a sumn but for some reason I didn't hurt as much after.
