Haven't gotten measured but my waist is around 32inch. So not too crazy for offseason weight, especially considering my weight has increased since starting qtropin and insubolic by around 13lbs and my waist hasn't changed. Diets been on point also, if I were to guess I'd say around 13-16%. I still have abs just watery.What's your BF%? If you don't mind me asking.
Did you have a chance to inj Insubolic IM (into the muscle you trained)? Try injecting 200 mcg in your chest or biceps/delts, 100 mcg in each side and leave some feedback here, plzToday's back workout was overall solid but unfortunately had to go lighter on a lot of lifts due to slight pain in intercostal. I dont want to make it worse so just listening to my body. Certain movements I could go full throttle but rows but wayyy too much pressure on it. Frustrating but hopefully it heals soon from igf and hgh. Aside from the small injury body and mind feel healthy and fresh. Had a solid pump regardless of lighter weight.
