Desensitize to it no, but adapt to higher doses yes, it’s why we taper up the dose. As to why I got so sensitive to it I’m guessing the fertility drugs/super low test for years, and getting older all played a role in it. But no I don’t think your receptors down regulate, if that’s what you’re asking, you adapt. No one with a brain that takes 75-100 mcgs starts there they work up and the body adapts.

I get results at 25 mcg eod it’s a 2.5 day half life, it just depends on how sensitive you are to it. I don’t have low thyroid and I taper up usually from a 1/4 tab and I feel it. That said I only run it precontest so I stay very sensitive

I sometimes back people off to EOD and it still works GREAT... Sometimes have people run it monday-friday, saturday/sunday off to take a break from it.

Yea I’m doin EOD after years off and it’s definitely working and I definitely feel it good and bad. I’m stronger and I’m assimilating my food dramatically faster but I’m very hot especially when I train HR ain’t too bad but it’s like a giant drum but the strong heartbeat feels good. That said though I’m dripping sweat walking in the gym. I mean I know my body and have prepped a lot of cats but nowhere near your level. That’s why I love the forum, studies are great but nothing trumps experience when it comes to this life. Losing about a pound a day rn on fasted cardio with abs and weights at night.

For me it’s more tolerable now in 6 weeks I’ll be popping 50 mcg a day but when I taper off I’ll do EOD dosing bc for me it’s smoother and helps sleep.

Do you combine it with T4 during a prep ??
seems there was a lot of discussion about that a while back , especially when HGH is used. I’ve heard some say that they can get better effects with less side effects at lower doses when used 4/1 , t4/t3 like 100mcgT4 with 25mcgT3 rather than 75-100mcg of just T3.
asking because as a coach I’m sure you have a much broader subject pool to gauge from than just an individual person
