starting up my coach in December ..he will be handling all aspects of my programme ..

Here's a sample leg work out...my legs are much better since my surgery ..I hope to get em growing more in the next few months..

Standing calf raise:

Seated leg curl:
130 for 16.rp
leg press:
8 plates per side for 10 .ss
6 plates per side for 18 .ss
adductor :
140 for 20.ss
 
I wanted to note that I am only training 3 days a week not 4..I will eventually move up to 4 or even 5 days a week..
Also will add in more food as well..
would love to find some good GH too..
 
Well my wife made roast with some broccoli cheese rice..I had a couple plates of that..
definately trying to eat enough but I don't want any extra bodyfat..

I am going to be honest here..I have been eating my meals but also eating some junk..daily.I figure once my coach steps in that junk will be gone..Tons of clean food and some high and low carb days..I have Humalog and lantus ready!I will detail the slin protocol once we start it..
I am wanting to bump things up but will probably do that in December. Loving the stack I am running now,feel great on it..

I remember reading a article by Evan Centapani and he said if you have a cheat meal,prepare it yourself..That's typically how I have been doing cheats or non bodybuilding foods..it was spaghetti and garlic bread last night..
nutrition will remain the same. As I start my week next week I will lay out my macros and supps ..Not many changes right now..a couple weeks it will be quite different..with everything!

Ok so I am back..The week of thanksgiving put me off,busy at work and busy with the family ..The week of christmas will probably be worse ..I only trained twice and my eating was off..That is a good reason to gave a coach right there.to keep you accountable during those difficult weeks .I plan to start back with my coach this month and definately picking g up the pace...more food and more training.

I woke up today at 259..
changes to my physique used to come so much easier..I will have 6 months to get it together and get back onstage..slow and steady wins the race...just need to be consistent with it..
Halos dvds are really smooth and actually feel great while on..not that shitty test flu feeling.

Just cruising along.Gona change things up and continue my run for another 8 weeks..I plan to run some slin and hopefully GH..but gona change some compounds up,I wana be able to give honest feedback on everything Halo carries..Although I know without a doubt he is solid with great products.

Calf raise on leg press :
5 plates per side for 24.rp
Lying leg curls:
140 for 21.rp

Leg strength finally feeling good just trying to put some size back on em since my surgery.
 
This week is not a whole lot different than the previous weeks in regards to changes..
I have put 10 solid pounds give or take ..even I haven't been eating a ton and I do cardio daily..as far as supps go I am pushing things as hard as I can at this stage of my plan.
in the next 8 weeks I hope to get in the mid 270s,but not fat.
