I do use the cyclic dextrins because of their unbelievably fast gastric emptying...they really have left all other carbs in the dust on that front...(shouldnt do this because this is going to cause arguments...so let me state this is what i personally like to do)..my pre and intra is the following
scoop of Muscle Intrusion which is Amino Acid Complex (L-Lysine, L-Glutamine, L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Threonine, DL-Phenylalanine, L-Methionine, L-Isoleucine, Creatine Gluconate, Agmatine Sulfate, Carbohydrate Enzyme Complex, L-Tryptophan). Also has Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin and on top of that i put
a) agmatine sulfate
b) citrulline malate
c) creatine monohydrate
d) hydromax <--im dropping this i think its overrated
e)another large amount of bcaas
f) another scoop of Leucine
g) Good whopping scoop of Taurine (probably 3 to 4 grams)..taurine has been shown many times over the last few years to raise testosterone and LH and protects Leydig cells)
8 ounces of 100% pomegranate juice (for prostate and other health benefits)
4-6 ounces of 100% apple juice because pomegranate juice is so tart
4-6 ounces of water.
Very partial to that.
