Add jelly too. its worth it.
I'll have to try that.
Can someone here post a video of another bodybuilder who can match the conditioning Kevin had in the first vid I posted?

The 90's bodybuilding scene was absolutely awesome, the best of my lifetime. I caught the end of the 80's too, which were awesome. Before that, I was too young to really pay attention outside of watching Arnold in Movies like Conan.
TBH, all of those guys in the 90's could have won the O at any given time and people would have been okay with it. I liked them all, they were all great!
Agree on all. Kevin was definitely one of the greats in his time but there were so many good ones at the time. Kevin and Flex were always two of my favorites but neither ever won the big one.

he competed against guys who were better..
Dorian and then Ronnie.... and flex wheeler (whom Kevin never should have beaten after he tore his pec).
Sometime I wish there were life logs from the first day they started lifting to their peak. Just so we can really appreciate the work over the years. And than try to mimic and get depressed cause we don't have their genetics
I agree. Talent will only go so far. I'm on that fence (my person goal fence) I respond amazingly to a perfect diet and supplement regimen when working out but if I slip up for a minute. It goes down hill fast and than have to redo my past work. But if talent works hard...mm game overI think bodybuilding is quite possibly the only sport where hard work doesn't beat talent when talent doesn't work hard.
