Saturday update. Family has been in town visiting, aka 11sh and I have been eating a lot of expensive dinners and missed meals in between. Despite that I've been making some good progress.

I've been quiet on the board lately. Workload from seasonal snowbirds has me swamped lately. Life sometimes makes a schedule difficult, but a schedule is what helps keep me feeling balanced.
Training has been steady, physically more of an effort with increased work and decreased protocol.
Have dropped tbol, maintaining 100primo/50eq a week. T4 is a staple
Maintaining at 8 lbs above show weight, 3 months post show. I see new growth and cuts in my legs, pleased about this.
Asteelz and I have been mixing up training, mostly keeping it at just an hour, heavy and intense.
Leg training today
Started with press, 5 sets. I worked up to 6 plates. Dropped to single leg press, 3 sets, 2 plates. Double leg extensions, 4 sets with last set running the stack.
I kept the presses slow and steady tension, 15-18 rep range. Crazy burn and pump
Extensions were slow and steady, last set was for reps, got at least 50, lost count. Took this pic post workout, which was a mistake. Lol. Too pumped and couldn't flex without cramping or feeling like falling over. Walked out yesterday limping. Haven't had that hard of a workout in a while

I've stabilized around 6-7 lbs above show weight. Have also changed rx protocol...
2 iu's gh ed, 25 mg anadrol ed, .25 nan base ed, .25 eq 2x/wk, .5 primo 2x/wk

Have been able to increase in volume and weights in training. Noticeable strength in lifts, solid in movements, happy with the changes. I seem to be holding slightly more muscle, but leaner.

Not sure what the goal is at this point. I'm not interested in putting on another 10-15 lbs, which would make a difference in my competition class. Not sure if it's possible to size down while staying full and tight. Most only go bigger. Always bigger. Anyone have experience successfully sizing down?
