I've been quiet on the board lately. Workload from seasonal snowbirds has me swamped lately. Life sometimes makes a schedule difficult, but a schedule is what helps keep me feeling balanced.
Training has been steady, physically more of an effort with increased work and decreased protocol.
Have dropped tbol, maintaining 100primo/50eq a week. T4 is a staple
Maintaining at 8 lbs above show weight, 3 months post show. I see new growth and cuts in my legs, pleased about this.
Asteelz and I have been mixing up training, mostly keeping it at just an hour, heavy and intense.
Leg training today
Started with press, 5 sets. I worked up to 6 plates. Dropped to single leg press, 3 sets, 2 plates. Double leg extensions, 4 sets with last set running the stack.
I kept the presses slow and steady tension, 15-18 rep range. Crazy burn and pump
Extensions were slow and steady, last set was for reps, got at least 50, lost count. Took this pic post workout, which was a mistake. Lol. Too pumped and couldn't flex without cramping or feeling like falling over. Walked out yesterday limping. Haven't had that hard of a workout in a while
