Massage 'gun' for injection scar tissue?

Has anyone successfully used one of those massage 'guns' for breaking up injection scar tissue? I cleaned out for a while and my usual injection spots are pretty much impossible to inject into still.
If I went the massage route will a hand work to break up the tissue or does a graston tool absolutely need to be used?

I talked to a good friend of mine who is one of the leading massage and whatever else it’s called (science name)
And she said if you use it constantly it’ll break down scar tissue but once it’s built up, it’ll be hard to break up but it will happen over time.. and by time I think she means like daily usage...and like a year kinda deal.
Just her opinion .... but we are all different so it may be different

ive seen guys on here I think that use a power tool to break up scar tissue. I cant remember what it is though. Im thinking an electric drill maybe, or power sander? They put some kind of attachment on it. My mind isn't as sharp as it once was, but can remember something to that effect.

I remember that thread too. Basically the guy made one of the thumper massagers by using a power tool of some sort, and it ended up costing less and did just as good of a job.

how well does deep tissue massage work for scar tissue ?
having the same issue in lats, which sucks as its my favorite spot

You can buy adapter sets on Amazon for like $15 and convert any jig saw into one (can also buy a hand held jig saw on Amazon for like $25, too)

You cant break up scar tissue that way. It has to be debried.

Friend of mine was talking about ultrasound therapy at a high frequency for this purpose. Not sure where he would look to have this done.
