6 weeks out, 274 pounds, my diet
hey guys it is my diet 6 weeks out, lookig really leaner but still have to lost more fat to be on fire, i am on truck and will be ready in 6 weeks for sure. This is how my diet looks now:
1) 8 onz red meat
1 cup brown rice
2) 8 onz red meat
8 onz red potatoes
3) 8 onz fish
8 ona yams
4) 8 onz fish
green salad
5) 8 onz fish
green salad
6) 8 onz fish
green salad
POST workout meal: 8 onz of chiken
1 cup of white rice
