What would you recommend? Another member advised to up the sodium. I have read some put some salt in there pre workout?

How low are carbs?
1000mg sodium pre with lots of water should help.

My diet is not low in sodium so I am thinking I am not drinking enough water.
I think this may be the cause. For some reason it's hard for me to drink water I just don't think about it.
Try adding sodium pre and/or intra and see if that helps.

Are you on metformin? The reason I ask is because I am and metformin reduces Citrulline A lot. This is the reason I was feeling flat. The leucine has helped a ton but the L-Citrulline Malate will make the pumps that much better.
Ok so drinking water helped a ton!!!
Was full and had a good pump the whole workout.
Going to do a mix of Karbolyn and citrulline for my intra drink

Does this give a pretty insane pump?
I have never used citrulline before but I know Karbolyn taken while working out gives an insane pump
sodium and glycerol in water with some citrulline always makes for great pumps for me
