You don't have much about your training sessions though. What type of training do you do? What's a typical week look like layout wise?
my training is all basics, nothing fancy. going heavy on the compounds light and more focussed on the isolation stuff. always worked for me.
my trainingshedule looks like 2days on 1 off,
D1: Calves,Chest,side delts,Triceps
D2: Back,Traps,Biceps
D3: rest
D4: Shoulders,Triceps
D5: Legs,Biceps,
D6: Rest
D7: Calves,Chest,Side delts,Triceps
D8: Back,Traps,Biceps
D9: Rest
then it depends on how I feel, if I need an extra day off I take D10 rest otherwise I start back at D1.
