Nova Pharm Test Cyp 100mg a week (bloodwork will be done)
Nova Pharm Test Prop 400mg a week (bloodwork will done)
Nova Pharm Mast Prop 400mg a week ( I have used masteron many times so I know exactly what to expect)
Jintropin HGH 2iu a day to start (strong BD Jins) (bloodwork will be done)
I am currently 209.4.I WILL get down to 6% bodyfat as long as it takes me to do so in this log.I have beat addiction to H,coke,xanax.I have had medical issues due to abusing the shit out of my body.I lived on the street for a while due to my addiction.I WILL over come my mind and get down to 6% bf.I am currently around 15%.This will be an HONEST LOG.I dont pander to anyone.

Diet:
I am going back up to 2,400 calories to start.
min of 250g of protein
At least 60g of fat
Carbs will fall where they may
I just make sure I don't go over my calories and hit my protein intake.I will post what I ate for the day.

Cardio:
Starting wilh 30min every morning fasted.Either walking at 3.3mph 8-10 incline or jogging at 4.5mph 5incline.

Lift:
I am going to hit each muscle 2x a week between 12-20 sets total for each bodypart for the week.I will post my routine for the day

I will adjust according to the results I am seeing and would love all input on my journey along the way.I WILL NOT GIVE UP.
