Protein powder mixed with water

I have not drank milk in who know how long. Nothing inside me makes me want to drink anything squirted out of the tit of a cow. I have been drinking almond milk in place and cannot say I miss milk one bit. Add your protein to almond milk and you will not miss milk.

Where do you think that whey comes from?

Yes it makes it a smoother and thicker consistency. I only use around a tablespoon when I use it. I got this from Beverly International years ago.
 
Haven’t used milk in at least a decade. I’m not lactose intolerant, but milk is just not meant for adults. It’s a baby thing.

I eat cheese, whey protein, yogurt without issue. Milk just seemed to contribute to acne and other minor inconveniences. Probably more of an issue of american over-processed milk production…

I mix mine in a bowl with a spoon as little water as possible to mix it. Eat it with a spoon. I read this from Emeric on here many many years ago and been doing it ever since, otherwise I get bloated.
 
Mainly use water here. But almond milk is pretty damn good too. I’ll second the poster that said xanthem gum, it works pretty well.
 
I usually do protein powder, white rice (easily digestible), organic natural peanut butter, stevia packet, and water. It tastes pretty good and I digest it really well!

I rarely do complex carbs. I only used a little to stay fuller longer when I was dieting down.
Whewwww that sounds nasty as hell
