Started at 242.
212 ish now. Just fat from steak. Did have natty pb x2 for awhile. I miss it lol

No wonder why you are so hungry.. At 215 and doing all that cardio with so little food.. Damn hope you are High on gear.. But you are gonna get really ripped if you Can hold on to your mass

I drink shakes the whole way thru. There are times when you cant get a meal in every 3 hours, so I will drink a shake to hold me over.
 
I don't know about you, but shakes taste so much better when you are dieting.

Same here. I eat around 60-80 grams of fats(EFA's) a day with moderate to higher carb and seem to be doing really well with it. As I get older the more I realize how important fat is while dieting
 
I am actually quite pleasant this prep... Fuck, I did my first stepmill session last night just to fry up my glutes.

It seems that this time around my diet has been more honed and I feeling comfortable as my carbs come down.

And this is going to sound really corny, but having a very supportive significant other has made a world of difference. She enjoys seeing me make progress and celebrates along with me as we get closer. There have been days in the gym where I was just feeling wiped out and she called me out and got my ass back under the bar to keep going.

This prep I am also having re-feeds every few days because my body just seems to be ripping through the carbs that I do give it. It isn't like a cheat, it is usually some lean sushi rolls and jasmine rice or some extra sweet potatoes and rice, but this has helped me keep my sanity.

Shock to the body

Periodic spikes in leptin levels... eating less each day allows my body to be in more of a fat burning state for the majority of the time aside from around training and based on how I look and feel, we do a clean re-feed meal to keep spike leptin and prevent any slow down in metabolic function and prevent ravenous hunger
