Suffering during prep

[/B]And its tastes so damn gooooood.

Oh man you ain't kidding... Low carb days. I can be feeling like absolute dog shit barely dragging around my house then 1 tbl spoon of natural PB and BOOM like a orgasm in my mouth(if your starving you know what I mean) and my mood and energy just goes threw the roof. For like 40 minutes then blahhhhh I'm pooped again haha

for me I know I am far from good condition if I am:
-not suffering
-not tired
-feeling great
-not looking forward into my next fish meal
-want sex
-not wanting to fall asleep when sitting on a couch/driving a car
-want to socialize
-sleeping 4-5 straight hours or more at night
-dont feeling flat in the mornings and my best at nights
-have desire to do simple things (housework,shopping etc)

The strangest thing happened, I never really got that hungry during this prep. I wonder if it was the bbol that zapped my hunger?

drol kills mine, i've heard dbol does the same for others. Did you up your fats at all this time?
 
for me it's the energy levels!

About 2-3 weeks after starting a diet there's lots of days where I have no fkn energy and doing simple things like walking is a pain in the ass and requires a lot of exertion. Sometimes after a meal I'll have energy for a while but it doesn't last long. I've tried all sorts of macros and diets and meal timing and it's always the same. The only thing that kind of helps is ephedrine or things of that sort but then I start building a tolerance. This is why I hate dieting and sometimes prefer just to be chunky and strong , I have A LOT more energy and am a wayyyy better person , I just get insecure with how fat I am LOL.

Energy sucks dieting. With high carb its better and mood is good but any firm of calorie deficit takes it out of me. Definitely better in the summer though. Cutting in the dark cold months leaves met like a fucking zombie
