On a side note, PeptoPro is very easy on my stomach
and i am quite sensitive,even best whey isolate will make me feel heavy/bloated in dose above 25g
Peptopro i can use up to 60g within 2 hours around training without any trouble
Good stuff,just a little expensive

I like intraworkout nutrition and aside from
eaa bcaa hydro proteins are the only alternative
Pepto is not junk,only the price is..

My "value" blend from truenutrition is

Karboload (up to 100g in intra shake, anything more sits on my stomach too long) + HBCD + protein blend of 75% hydrolyzed whey / 25% peptopro + lil bit EAA + creatine mono + sea salt (prevent cramping, increased pumps)

Otherwise i stick with bcaa eaa with plethora of goodies i buy in bulk and mix intraworkout
Still turns out cheaper

Money is not an issue so would bcaa-eaa or pepto be the best.


What are the good times to take these ?

20min before workout take bcaa -
must contain 5 grams of leucine
Add beta-alanine and creatine

If not on a budget
try also:
Glycine Propionyl L-Carnitine (GPLC)
Citrulline Malate and
Agmatine

Drink 40g peptopro mixed with carbohydrate drink through your training

Before sleep micellar casein would probably be better

You need to add a shit ton of water and with a sweet drink.

You may be using it wrong. Add about 10-15grams to your other protein shakes around workouts.

So I need to add 10-25g of Peptpro to my regular protein mix and a sweet drink mix... this is starting to feel more complicated than I had initially intended - see, I'm a simple guy... I want to get something and add it to my favorite juice and be done with it... I'm fucking lazy and I lack creativity and that's my bottom line...
Alright, I'm going to give it one more go before I ship it out to another member who recently sent me a pm requesting my unused portion....
