I gorged on sushi today. About 20 pieces. :headbang:
2016 Nats prep diet:
Lots of pills and pins then 30 minute cardio fasted.
3 whole eggs, 6 egg whites and half can of pineapples.
Pulled chicken breast in broth.
Pulled chicken breast in broth with half can of pineapples.
2 Rice crispy bars and Interim MD during training.
Pulled chicken in broth with half can of pineapple.
Rice cake with PB on it before bed.
This is my prep that holds me slowly loosing weight and then I do a three day carb up that fills me out and puts about 8 lbs back on. TRUTH!

nothing wrong with a small amount of alcohol actually is good for the circulation and the heart.
We had a cheat meal tonight.
What is your current weight and what are the size/portions of food per meal? Have an idea on the total daily macro's for this?
CG do you use tinned pineapple just because it is easier and cheaper? If it's just for the carbs then tinned are fine (I love tinned pineapple). But if you want the improvements in protein digestion and anti inflammatory actions of bromelain I would recommend eating fresh pineapple. When it is tinned it is heat treated which destroys most of the bromelain enzyme.

40 gm whey iso 97
3 crushed rich english tea time biscuits low carb
dates syurp no added sugar drizzled on top
My base weight is 192.5 to 194.5. Then my carb up adds 8 to 9 lbs.
I'm just reaching into a container and grabbing chunks of breast(maybe about 12 or a little more oz's) that have been crockPotted for six hours, so it just falls apart in my fingers as I rip it up and then just add some of the CP broth. I add sault and pepper, some times seasoning.
