that's great to hear. I just picked up some mk, looking forward to using it. people have been absolutely raving about the fullness and pumps on it..

it depends on the situation. if you're at a pool party and shirtless, abs definitely make a HUGE difference. If you're in clothes out somewhere, then yes, being "fuller" will obviously make much more of a difference.

My arms are def my best part so they need the least attention. Now my biggest focus area is my chest since my total pec/bicep tear last November. It such a time Consuming process working my chest. Some movements feel great one day and then feel like total Pain the next. To keep it short and simple I just have to really really pain attention toMy Body like crazy and be careful and be able to tell
