I think that is what most people notice the most since they are so visible. Almost always upper body is noticed first. I would throw in traps as 3rd.

I know that when I used syntherol in my arms once I would get guys coming up to me and praising how good my arms looked. It was something that I didn't expect or necessarily want because I was really doing it for me. I was surprised.

Arms get the most attention. Shoulders and back are kind of tied for second as they flow together when developed properly. If your shirt's off your abdominals will get checked out along with your chest.

What body part should get the most attention? Legs, big time. If someone had Prince hamstrings and Yates calves, I'd be impressed. Quads as well, but the other two are probably the most neglected body parts. Gyms are full of upper bodybuilders and they look rigoddamndiculous.
