I love turkey breast...I cook a couple per week.
Shrimp... I eat on average 1lb per day... But when I'm dieting hard up to 3lbs per day... I never get sick of it, my body responds very well to it, I get lean fast and I keep my muscle, strength stays up.
For me, breakfast is the most important meal, so I'd say eggs.
