That's the eagle grip, right? I've been using it for about a year and it helped a lot. But yeah we'll see how it feels after using the SSB this Monday. It might up being an every other week kind of thing til the meet.

Took my first bit of t400 blend and the Tren/test blend. Smooth inject and no pain. I have always kind of had a flush feeling when pinning tren and this was no different. I've missed that feeling. Now it's time to get really freaking strong!

Squats tonight with the Safety Squat Bar- worked up in sets of 5 to 515 for a triple. That's a good pr for me cause this bar is hard for me to get the hang of.
A few down sets for 10 reps

Leg curls
Extensions

That Liquidrol is no joke. Hit me pretty good and everything moved well. The comparison going around that 25mg Liquidrol= 75mg oral is spot on. Loving this stuff!

It's crazy how strong that Anadrol is.. I've taken tons of really good Drol orally and 50mg inject blew the doors off 150mg oral.

Same here, I'm an Anadrol junkie and it's crazy the difference. Makes this meet prep even more fun!

Yup, had some before squats and it kicked hard. Gonna use some tonight before bench. Loved it.

So I sometimes ignore signs that I'm getting sick. Yesterday I had a client tell me I looked like I wasn't feeling good, I was tired and had aches. I figured I was just sore. As I was warming up on bench I felt a fever coming on but the weight was moving fine. My last warm up of 365 moved great with a pause on my chest. Then 395 stapled me and that's when I felt the exhaustion hit full force. Called it a day and drove home fighting chills. Looks like I'm taking a couple days off.

That sucks bro. A lot of times I get sick the week before a meet I think bc my body is just so ran down from all of the high percentages. Hope it doesn't screw up your training too bad.
