I'm following if it fits in your Macros; eat it.

Cardio 45 min a day:

Workout Split:
Monday: Legs
Squats
Leg press
2x ham

Tuesday: Chest/lateral shoulders/triceps

Wednesday: Back/Biceps

Thursday: Legs
Front squats
Hack squats
2x hams

Friday:Chest/front shoulders/triceps

Saturday: Back/Biceps

Pinned 1 ML of TC mixed with 1ML NPP in the glutes. 27g 2/3 needle. NO PIP, I forgot which glutes I even hit.

Thoughts of the day:
I did Back today. I felt good; energy was there.
I bought Bronkaid today. I do have mild Asthma and I thought I'd hit 2 birds in 1 stone.
I feel really good 5 days post contest, although I binged yesterday; I'm back on track today. weight didn't budge much; 202 when I woke up
As far as strength; it's climbing slowly. this weeks intensity high but not pushing heavy weights yet. I'm giving my body some break

One of my Snacks today, 26g Nutella in 2 low calorie tortilla in a Pan; added sugar free Hershey syrup on top. mmmmm mmm mm

-Diet: 2700cal - 45% carbs, 35% protein, 20%fats

-Chest/shoulders/triceps
my bulk Split will start Monday with legs.

Pinned NPP today; right quad. Flowed great thru a 27g and no PIP

Workouts has been great; it's good to be back on test; I feel much better; my mood is 100% better.
I'm extremely nice to people, always in a good mood until you get on my nerves and that takes multiple button pushes. My temper is much better ..

These boxes look great. Best presentation I ever seen. only thing is the blisters inside are not labeled so if you have multiple orals; you'll be confused what is what due to the pills being all white ...
so once you pull a blister out; label it with a marker on the back .. and that's what I did.

Good call writing on the back of the blister, never thought of that. I could see how one could get mixed up if not carefull.

Yeah, I tend to forget so that was a good idea to identify them.

LEG DAY/ PIN DAY

Started with stretching; empty bar squats.
-Squats [finally started squating]
went up in weights; felt outter hip pain so I didn't max out. Stopped @ 255lb

Leg press [single leg, I like to do single leg press due to unsymmetrical quads, and I don't have to use so much plates, rack and Rerack. Waste of time

hack squats

Leg curls

stiff dead lifts

reverse leg curls

2x calf exercises

Diet: fluctuating calories; I'm actually eating more than 2700, calories go up go 3500 at times. Hunger is kicking in pretty good.

Test CYp and NPP today, NO PIP. I'm loving this no pip business. this is some good clean non painful gear. I'm loving it

legs were so veiny and pumped so damn good.. workouts are great; energy is high.
Carbs, and good gear = amazing time at the gym

Love this gear as well, no PIP is just another plus to the gear. I do get a little sore in delts, but I think I move the pin around lol.

I can tell it's working for me too, weights seem to lift themselves. Have to be careful not to hurt myself

I been trying to upload blood work but it's not saving/uploading I'll try again later

Finally lab corp has posted my labs, it took a while when usually only takes 3 days.

today is leg day again; I had a back n biceps workout yesterday that was great with 45 min stair master.

Yesterday it was pin day for NPP, left quad, no PIP.

I'm breaking out and I hate it but I know the test is good stuff

I always breakout with npp. Especially on a solid dose of test
