Moa Sponsored log coming into competition

Hello and welcome to my log,

I will be logging some Moa products .

First things first

training Back in september 2017 hurt my knee, and rehabbed it. Couldnt do leg extension or leg press. Started out not be able to do any weight . after four-five months , able to do very light leg extensions and building up to leg press a few plates per side. On hack squats two plates. At six months was able to do 3 plates and 10 per side on hack squats, did one set to failure and injured knee all over again. This happened a couple weeks ago and rehabbing it and doing what i can taking it easy not re-injuring the injury already again.

Both elbows hurt a couple weeks ago, not even knowing I did it, guess I got too intense and have previous elbow injuries past ten years. Last workout could only do about 50 % of weight I was using they hurt so bad. Doing foam rolling, trigger point, deep tissue, friction massage on them

right now these are what Im nursing

otherwise training has been hit past ten years with lots of injuries. In contest prep may go hit on some weak stuff, maybe , generally though not crazy on hit pre contest. Still training intense mind you.

Nutrition , depends on the day. Right now 100 -150 carbs. A higher carb days when strength is going down too much.

cardio . also doing physical therapy on knee for activity counted as well.

posing yes daily

Sleep overall good try and get 8 hours a night with a 20 min nap if needed. sometimes I just sit on recliner and body shuts down

I work a job where im on my feet five hours, moving around walking, my body is used to it.

Started eq and test feb 20th did 450 mgs , 200 test, 250 eq four weeks, until march 20th upped it.

I see no need to run anything higher right now with me rehabbing my knee and elbows. Also had a bicep thing going on past couple years , its improved though this prep as I got myofascial work done it it, and do myofascial work on it.

Currently at around 600 eq and 150 test, divided about once every 3-4 days, depending on training schedule etcc

Cialis, we know contest prep drains a person, and can use a little help. Will be taking this before getting together with girlfriend, maybe even the night before because Cialis can take longer than a few hours to kick in

ec stack , started four weeks out at same dose im on now, currently on 12 mgs ephedrine, and 100 mgs caffeine first thing.

Desoxy-t-cypionate- well see I havent started it yet , but think i will with my next shot. Got this off a research site a few years ago, and ran it before at 400 mgs and it gave me bad acne. I used it last year in contest prep at 200 mgs weekly and didn't give me acting. It is a dht derivative, its actually unmethylated phera, so I figure it could harden me up

Doing Classic Physique tallest class class D. Competed in Classic since it came out in 2016. Qualified for Jr Nats in 2016. Went to Junior Nationals last year, placed 9th our of 10th


heres some pictures from JR Nats. I was the tallest guy in the show at 6ft2.5 shoes off they measured me. I was number 600 something , i dont even know how many people competed at jr nats last year. Last year I weighted in at 216 or 217 I forget the year before i was 216 or 217. I look bigger but I have no reason to lie about my height or weight . I dont have big bones for a tall guy, my wrist are just a hare under seven inches so this causes me to put on more muscle weight, in the place of some guys with bigger bones taking up their weight, and I can look even bigger. Anyone thinks I'm around 240 right now, when I m at 220lbs.

also ive been competing since 2009 , did a natural show, heavyweight, needed to lose like 10 lbs probably, 2012 NPC open heavyweight was lean weighed 202, 2016 and 2017 classic

I added in dtc 100 mgs today. Did first shot of Mao gear today, eq 300, test 75mgs, and dtc 100 mgs.

posing, abs, 10 mins cardio, five hours on feet, walking at work , 40 minutes cardio

250 (20 grams bcaas and eaas) protein

Rehab, then upper legs what I could do with knee injury. Did cable squats light weight. Then cable box squats wide stance and falling back cable box squats

did hamstrings
lying leg curls
incline glute ham raises
seated leg curl

posing a lot between sets in mirror practicing mandatories and routine, keeping upper body pumped up

burned a lot of calories it was intense supersetted hams and quads, went at a ridiculously past paces non stop. normally wouldn't do this , but going light on quads, posing, then hanstrongs then repeat, just about non stop, soaked , feeling euphoric and breathing a lot


later after a few meals did 50 minutes cardio on bike , and walking

300 protein(25 grams bcaa's and eaa's)
220 carbs
85 fat


Upped t3 to 75 mcg today

Cardio 40 minutes upon awaking, work four hours on feet, Shoulders, traps, biceps, calves.....40 minutes cardio on bike before bed

Did some pressing on machine. I hardly ever do any presses for shoulder work except coming into a competition bc it gives the shoulders thickness look onstage, whereas lateral movements gives more width. Its a very small look ive noticed on my body, stage pictures, when I do pressing shoulders look different, more muscle on top and laterals not as thick, just longer. Moreover, as we know every bit counts on stage. Most of shoulder work is all laterals of some kind most of the year


300 protein 30 of those bcaas and eaas
135 Carbs
100 fat

Looks like you're on the right track, but being three weeks out, I would be cutting out all your carbs and fats at this point and really try to get off as much fat as you can.

Thank you. I did this earlier in this prep, zero carbs, and had some moodwings, and all I was on was test and eq. don't know if it was related or not, emotional changes are normal though right, you learn, grow and control your emotions

Back in 2012 for contest prep did 450 protein , 100 carbs and 25 fat for a very short time. If I did it here and earlier this prep I can do it again , thats the good thing about doing five preps , you have experience

Today was no weight training

I upped my ec dose to 12/100 and a couple hours later 12/100 with each dose l theanine 200 mgs. The l theanine seems to help the calmness quite a bit with the ec stack.

abs, 35 minutes interval cardio getting heart rate up to 135 machine said, I thought it was more like 150 machine could have been wrong, as this one seems to read lower, whatever

worked 4 hours

after work, physical therapy on knee, posing and 60 minutes steady state cardio

so burnt a good bit of calories today

310 g protein
70 g carbs
80 g fat

Today was back after first meal

Did back width, and thickness

pulldown machine, hits lats nicely heavy 6 reps
two other exercises with cables
did db rows 120 lbs -10 reps.
hammer machine one arm at a time 4 plates
deadlifts off the floor 315 -8x's
assisted pullups
one set of close grip chins 10

was doingrack deads 365-8x's , since knee injury relapse, doing deads off the floor seems to help keep my leg size and Im not training all out this close to contest prep. I hurt my knee going balls out . Its good to train hard, but that kind of training is more for the offseason. My back is also a stronger point so Its not something I feel i have to really improve upon except more detail like squeezing lower lats in isolation movements

worked 5 hours on feet.

cardio 60 minutes, 40 of that was interval 130 high 100 low bpm

365 g p (20 bcaa-eaa)
100 c
75 f

added in moa tren enth today at 25 mgs, 100 mgs dtc, 75 mgs test en, and 150 mgs eq so thats 350 mgs

reason for lower eq and test dose is coming into this contest to harden up , same why dtc and tren were added this week

still taking raloxifene daily 30 mgs
finasteride is 1-3 times a week , next week cut it down more, maybe out, last week, cut it out

On the Cialis piece, I can tell you that for me it starts to hit in about an hour. The effects last for about three days. I don't know if it makes a difference, but when I do it, I'm measuring about 15mg of raw powder and just take that. So, that could cause it to hit faster.

I'm kind of curious bro. Why not some more androgenic and hardening compounds like Tren and Winny for the prep? Just wondering.

I added tren e, from Mao, 25mgs last shot. and dtc,a dht derivative.
100 mgs., two shots ago.. Every shot is logged

I'm a bit scared of my hairline receding any more so Im paying meticulous attention. My hair is very,very important to me.

I tried the small pink Cialis pill before bed, woke up and no morning wood or anything. I did have to get up and meet my girlfriend so didnt have time to full around. Later that night I had no issues getting it up, I think it helped. Will have to try again an hour or so before...



Plan from now until two weeks is

-Pre and post training carbs 30-40 carbs
-low fat as possible
-high protein
-no refeed days
-training low volume, shorter workouts, goal is to maintain muscle but shrinking this stomach and lowering body fat is more important. Even being flat showing, im okay with that, bc there is not enough time to play around with filling out, as you can see . Its fatloss only mode right now trying to maintain my muscle.
-cardio interval first thing or longer sessions
-t3 100 mcg
-abs more often maybe 3-4 x's a week. Normally dont do this but for a couple weeks its good
-may add an oral to suppress appetite , maybe workout days
-add in some fiber when starving, really hungry or quite hungry, or those blood sugar spikes out of control cravings


Weight is 219 lbs today on gym scale. Last year at Juniors I was measured at 6ft2.5 shoes off. My weight limit says 238. The year before I was measured in at 6ft2 shoes off so even if im counted at 6ft2 or lower, that weight limit is 232. I don't have to be concerned abut making weight so that's a relief . My leg size is down bc I simply can not train them with much weight, rehab stuff and light weights, that may be a couple pounds off. Ive completed five preps so Thank God for that experience. That said I dont want to complicate things too much and just keep it simple.

Me and Kelendria my girlfriend, went to a wildlife center and did a pontoon boat ride where they tell you about the lake. It was fun and I enjoyed getting out in nature as I'm mainly used to city life. Anyways she took some pictures of me, posing on reelfoot lake today.

One issue Ive been having is getting up middle of night and eating.

I told myself last night, I would grab a shake instead, it almost seemed unconscious. Like last night I ate 30 grams almonds and that's 30 grams more fat I put into my body.

an old tip I used to try is have cinnamon sticks by my bed. Im not afraid of failing and I dont like getting up and eating fat when my goal is to go low fat as possible right now.

So this is my solution, the only fat during the day, is whats in meats like chicken, lean beef, etc

regular machine low so hit lower pecs more- strong on this 270 lbs=8x's

arms , couldn't push it and elbow pain started ,. Seemed to hurt bicep as well today

All the people locally i told im competing 45 minutes away and some are coming to my show, and a guy in my gym is competing. Im bigger, but conditioning always wins shows. I may do June 9th show ,7 hours away and see if I can qualify for JR nats. Then do Jr Nats. I feel like just upping my carbs and saying screw this , lol, . A little over three weeks isnt that much time to come in ripped, with what Im looking like....Them pictures above Im four weeks out, if I do June 9th show.

and dtc 100 mgs-im not counting but thats 375 mgs

Upper legs

hamstrings lying leg curl, heavy
one leg curl heavy
cable one leg curls

leg extensions able to go heavier than I have for a month or so, slow and controlled did like 20 sets until I felt it wasnt safe
set of squats -just seeing how by knee held up like 100 lbs slight pain
hack squat 1 plate, feet higher up than Ive been- 10 x's
did 2,3 and 4 plates.. half and quarter reps, going to 20 reps until burning, or down where I felt the muscle around knee working, no pain.... In 2004 I used to do half reps and legs grew so this is good for me right now to keep leg size, while rehabbing my knee

do you feel its best i just wait until next year?

Im so glad Im doing this log, it helps me sort out my thoughts

I look at this in two ways

1. I could just go die hard these next ten days , do the show, and see if I place top two

a. If I place out of top two just hang classic physique trunks up for the season and be proud that I went though with the process

b. If I do qualify that'll give me some time until June 16th to see what I can do, bodyfat wise, if Im not looking good I can call it a season. If I am looking competitive I can do Juniors

2. Im not ruling June 9th show out . Its a lot of travel

a. if I dont qualify I can just quit the season
b. If I do I can advanced to Jr nats

I really dont want to just quit because even though it may be temporarily depressing to not get your goal, going through the process builds character and teaches the habit of going throgh things. On the other hand, its not realistic, if Im not in shape, to be the guy with muffin top, lol five extra pounds to lose, Ive been there. . Muscle size isnt an issue right now, I look much bigger than I weigh, its conditioning , and everyone knows conditioning wins shows

I think you can make some serious progress in the next 2 weeks, but, you've got to be willing to suffer. I'm talking egg whites only for every meal, no carbs, no fats, no cheats or extra snacks, and continue training and cardio. Even for the June 9th show, I still think you're going to have to get brutal with your diet.

Right now you're around 2500 calories, you've got fat to lose, so like I said, all carbs and fats should come out and just embrace the suffering!

Shoulders
I use the shoulder horn for rotator cuff work usually every chest, back and shoulders workout, 3 sets
warm ups

Seated machine shoulder press shoulder felt off so didnt push it
side lateral machine
standing side laterals, went up to 50 mgs, shoulders were aching a bit so didnt push
front raises
bent over cable laterals
partial side laterals went up to 100 lbs
behind the back upright row/shrugs, 225lbs

calves
db between feet 55lbs
standing calve 500 lbs---static hold at end for 20 secs

biceps
warmups
then machine curls that dont bother by bicep. up the rack. I do occulsion training on left bicep bc Its been injured a while and this elevates some pain, and gives a better pump via blood flow restriction

335 g p
110 g carbs
65 g fats

Added in Moa tbol at 40 mgs , on workout days only
not so much a fan of orals , I get bloodwork and liver values are usually all good, using some tudca with it

Took some Cialis before seeing my girlfriend and it worked well. Its some good stuff

*Very important I have to space my multi separate from the t3 bc magnesium, calcium with t3 reduce absorption. I took my multi with eggwhites . waited an hour took some ajipure L glutamine and hghpro, a supplement with l-dopa in it. Later at the gym during posing I throw up. Was the multi or hghpro. I switched multis to another brand. When dieting on eggwhites only purer supplements matter. they may not matter as much when you are getting more food. For me though I added a multi I trust better, and switch my l glutamine out to ajipure.
