DNP log both male and female

Ok. TO start off, I dont workout for size anymore. Im 6'3 about 190. Thats where I like to stay. My thing is trying to be ripped as possible at that weight. Thats where the DNP is hopefully going to help out.
My wife is also running it as well. She is 5'0 and 118 lbs. 45 years old.

I am going to post before and after pics.
We started at 250mg ed on Friday night (march 16)

So far no sides except lethary for a couple hours after the dose.
We will be running it until it runs out (5 grams) We have another 5 grams if we need more, but we want to stop and let the bloat go away after the first 5 grams to see how we look.

I will be adding before pics in a few minutes. Just going to post this up so I dont accidentally delete it while Im getting pics up.

She's been stuck at a plateau for a long time and wants to see her abs. She's almost there and i think if she runs this successfuly she;ll be seeing abs in a couple weeks.'


Day 4: Neither of us slept a wink last night. Now we're up but tired as hell. I havent had alot of hunger issues, but my wife has been having carb cravings. We have both been sticking to our diets very strictly.
I am going to move our does to the morning instead of night, and lower it a bit so we can sleep at night.

The lethargia is ridiculous for me. I went to the gym and had trouble staying awake the whole time. My wife seems to be doing better with it than me.
Ill be honest, I cant wait till we're done.

What are your diet's like while on dnp? Curious....some ppl stay away from alot of carbs and some say it works better with more carbs....

We both eat alot less on DNP. I dont know why, but it kills out appetites. We even have to force ourselves to drink water. Im not sure if it's normal or not.


Day 6: I lowered my dose by half. I just couldnt take the damn lethargia and insomnia.

My wife is about done with hers. Probably 2 days left. She feels like crap, but seems to be handling the sides much better than me.
