Glut pain

For the past couple of days now, I have had a sharp pain deep in my glut that tends to run down my right leg as I walk. Could this be infection? Or could it just be a sore injection site? Or am I way off and could it be something else?

no problem bro.....Sports massage worked best for me.....he/she will probably have to work out a knot in your glute......I went to a chiropractor first and that did jack shit...nothing but suck insurance money away..........Like I said...sports massage is the way to go......
