1 hit of Cool wip from the top of the can
Tonight's workout:
10iu Hamalog insulin
8 sets of close grip bench presses with palms facing in on each other to failure
6 sets of standing laterals with dumbbells to failure
8 sets of sitting hammer curls to failure. Both arms are curled at the same time.
4 sets of standing calves to failure. 20 to 30 reps per set. All other sets are 12 to 15 range
I was shaking walking out of the gym tonight. I think I felt so good I just burned it down.
Seams like some of the swelling may be going down. That or I'm just used to the swelling...........
Ya know, I'm kinda feeling like ramping this up into a show you how I can grow
type log. But it would totally defeat the point of me doing the PROGEN log. I can't imagine this stuff working as fast as dumping gear on the fire. Only time will tell right.
You should see how perfect the pucks are in the CJC 1295 DAC.
And AJ is returning emails so fast I'm convinced he is waiting for me to send them.lol If PROGEN sold gear this would be a hell of a one stop!
