The stiff fingers and toes! Yup, that sounds about right. MK dehydrates the body on a cellular level, that's why you are experiencing water retention. Keep potassium, taurine, and water fairly high.

It's my 3rd time using MK. I have also consulted with guys much smarter then me who explained it all to me, so I don't get all the credit.

I'm using a low dose now to see what it does.

Everything so far sounds correct to me. The sides are pretty unique.
 
4 eggs and home fries
1 glass of peptopro and two scoops
1 glass of raw milk and Hershey's
1 pink of fat free pineapple cottage cheese
5 meat balls with pasta
3 glasses of eaa's and water
 
I'll definitely be staying tuned in. Concreteguy drops some real gems from time to time if you only pay attention. Suspension gear with slin pre-workout seems to be a big thing recently but I remember when CG started the thread talking about it and guys didn't believe. It intrigued me at the time so I tried it and never grew so fast or had such great workouts.

CG is one of the posters that when he posts I pay attention, recently I saw where he posted about test base and tren base in a nasal spray pre-workout, that has me really intrigued and I am going to attempt it if I can get the formula down and figure it out.

Can't wait to see how you do with the mk CG!:headbang:

Isn't it crazy how some guys will just play an idea out in there mind and then decide it won't work? Just makes you want to slap your forehead. lol all I can do is lead them to water.........

BTW: moved the 677 to bed time and slept like a baby.

Seated leg extensions, 6 sets to failure
Seated hams, 6 sets to failure
seated leg press, 6 sets to failure

rep range of 8 to 15.

Felt great. Tonight I was the man of steel.

When I say failure I mean I go till I know I can't get another rep.

2 hamburger patties and mashed potatoes cail salad

30 gram EAA glass of water
1 hit of Cool wip from the top of the can

Tonight's workout:
10iu Hamalog insulin
8 sets of close grip bench presses with palms facing in on each other to failure
6 sets of standing laterals with dumbbells to failure
8 sets of sitting hammer curls to failure. Both arms are curled at the same time.
4 sets of standing calves to failure. 20 to 30 reps per set. All other sets are 12 to 15 range

I was shaking walking out of the gym tonight. I think I felt so good I just burned it down.

Seams like some of the swelling may be going down. That or I'm just used to the swelling...........:rolleyes:

Ya know, I'm kinda feeling like ramping this up into a show you how I can grow
type log. But it would totally defeat the point of me doing the PROGEN log. I can't imagine this stuff working as fast as dumping gear on the fire. Only time will tell right.

You should see how perfect the pucks are in the CJC 1295 DAC.
And AJ is returning emails so fast I'm convinced he is waiting for me to send them.lol If PROGEN sold gear this would be a hell of a one stop!

Training:
Decline bench presses 6 sets to (true) failure. Spotter pulled the bar off me.
Bent over rows 6 sets to failure
Chins 8 sets to failure. I have a machine that will spot me with a knee counter weight. So as I get weaker I chase the reps with increasing counter weight.
seated calves. Four sets to failure(30 plus reps) All other sets are performed in the 10 to 14 range.

How do I feel?:
Still puffy. My knuckles are hurting me a little and my big toe is still sore.
But my pumps feel better. Harder and fuller. I'm fuller ALL the time. Because I'm not familiar with peps I suspect this could be the Lantus. Is it the peps working with the Lantus? But I'm just guessing. I'm really starting to wonder how ramping the Lantus up(way)up would feel about now? hummmmmm;)

That being said I'm feeling vary encouraged by what's going on. Sleeping like a baby but my t-shirt is getting a little damp at night. Not bad but just enough to feel it when I go take a piss. Guys this with a aggressive CG cycle may be stuff I needed a few years ago when I was making my run. Story of my life, "day late and a dollar short".
I stay lean most of the time except when I'm eating my ass off trying to grow so I think the feed back I'm getting is pretty accurate.

Are you going to run a HRT dose with this as a recomp or whats the plan?

I would say yes pretty similar. I have used mk Cjc w dac tb500 clen t3 and anastrazol all good

And I love lantus, though don't find it really does anything other than help recovery from heavy workouts.

The science is good, but it doesn't always translate into reality.

How have you used the Lantus previously? Do you think the 20iu a day is why I'm feeling so jacked or is it the pep protocol?
BTW: I'm doing the MK before bed, do you still think it would be better to split it?

Lantus does help with pumps no doubt. I used 30iu a day, really helped recovery. Pumps

But the amount of nitrogen retention from mk, you should feel jacked.
Try 15mg before bed, 15mg in the am, you wont feel so tired.

You are in superb shape sir, I don't think you need any advice from me.
 
did i understand that correctly ur doing 14mg of dac per week? if thats the case i dont think there is to much you can do about the bloat. ur BP must be high and if thats the case id jump on a diuretic possibly chlorthalidone which has an 40 hour half life. also increase potassium a good deal as diuretics will lower it.
