Yea in my opinion that’s a lot. I’ve just been stim free for 4 years now and I will never go back.

It had 2 Amino in it. Wrecked Extreme was in my opinion the perfect blend.

about 500mg of sodium per cap

pop a few of these bad boys pre-workout, and it makes a world of difference - especially when on very load carbs




not technically a pre-workout supplement, i know

but extremely cheap, and extremely effective for strength, fullness, pumps, and endurance

Favorite PWO that is still around (I think) is Zeus by God Status Labs. Not that it really matters much, but it’s distinct in that it actually tastes pretty good.

Favorite PWO of all time? Easily OG Excelsior. Stuff was better than the original Jack3d.

It's been so long since I posted and I need to update this thread. I have forgotten more details than I can remember but I will try to go over past posts and work my way forwards because I have used various products over the last year. I can't even remember if I posted about Thavage. It's one of the best preworkouts I have ever used. These days I am more after preworkouts full of useful ingredients and a decent dose of standard stimulants and that is probably top of my list now.

I will still get a few high stim ones because nothing beats being wired in the gym but I am trying to stay away from most of them because they are unneeded especially as I get older and health being more of a concern. I am going to buy another tub of Thavage to try it out again but I was extremely impressed and it ticked every box for me. If someone just wants to get wired all the time it's probably not for them but it's far from weak. For those guys I would recommend a clean out for a few weeks then try something like Thavage and it should be great.

Baking soda is used to blunt lactic acid response it will also give you diarrhea as it fucks up your stomach PH

For those not wanting the stimmed out feeling, these supplements on their own have a mild but noticeable effect in my case, they also have other positive effects if you want to research them:

ALCAR 1.5 to 2g
Rhodiola Rosea 500mg 8:1 extract plus 150mg Siberian Ginseng 10:1 extract, I rather like this combination
2000mg / 2500mg of fresh Royal Jelly (ampoules in my case)

So I decided to do a little experiment, I purchased this product: https://es.iherb.com/pr/nutrabio-labs-upsorb-60-capsules/123304 and I tried it with 3g of Taurine, a dosage that normally has no noticeable effect in me, well fuck me, taken with the Upsorb those 3g of Taurine became almost unbearable, I felt stimulated but in an off kind of way, not a nice feeling, I repeated this the following day with the same results so I can say what Mike says about Astragin is true, I will take it religiously whenever I consume EAA´s.

Interested in Kanna as it seems to be popping up in lots of new preworkouts. I know Guerilla Chemist is a big fan of it as well as Derek from MPMD. It’s been described as a “euphoric” good mood ingredient but I’m gonna have to try it soon.
