Also, you toss something in the freezer and then microwave it to make it cold but not iced. How about just keeping in the fridge?
Try eating it without the 30 seconds in the microwave let me know how it goes. I'll make it into a recipe for you...add a few sprinkles or whip cream. Now it's 2-3 ingredients 😉
 
Man a lot of yall eating some really bland foods. Invest in some good spices and make eating all this food easier on yourselves

I feel so lame reading this. Therefore I need to step my shit up lol

I basically make meat and rice and just mash it all together and eat. I gotta get more creative.
Yeah this thread has made me realize I am lazy with my food I guess. Only three things I use are a rice cooker, air fryer, and nutribullet to blend my rice into cream of rice lol 😂

Sometimes I feel even more lazy and just do rice cakes instead though

Absolutely nothing wrong with that.
Do whatever works best for you.
Generally speaking, I have no problem with people who eat tuna straight from the can. What I find crazy A.F. are individuals apparently disturbed by those who eat like Bodybuilders AND enjoy food 🤔

While I agree, and know you’ve been in the game a long time…. after 25 years of pounding down 4k-6k of clean food like it’s a job, a multiple michelin star chef could be preparing this shit for me and it’s still a chore come afternoon to look at another meal at this point. I’ve always loved the eating part but the past 5 years or so my stomach is giving me the middle finger. SouthernMuscle turned me on to O’hirra’s pre/probiotics which has helped immensely but man, this lifestyle has taken some of the joy out of eating for me.

True. That's why IMO every little bit of help we can get does matter.
No doubt eating big is a job and not an easy one.
 
One thing i never get tired of is.beef and eggs
3 fresh duck eggs with 7oz trimmed picanha for breakfast qith 8oz blueberries
Then 3 fresh duck eggs with 8oz "taco meat" and 8oz pineapple.

I don't have any , a couple up the road has about 15 ducks (big whiteand speckled one , not the ugly muscovy) they give me 18 eggs a week and sell some at the local farmers market , i think they said they average about a dozen a day.
I do some tractor work for them now and then , cut there field , grade the drive way stuff like that so they just trade me eggs.
 
I’ll often add cinnamon to my savory meals too actually, not a ton but just enough. It’s really good in my opinion.
Oh I don't disagree here, cinnamon is pretty versatile. I love salted peanut butter with caramel and cinnamon 🤤

I make smoked brisket chili with cinnamon in it. People outside of Central and South America don't realize it was put in savory foods first
