Lol thanks bro. Been cutting it outLooking damn good for all that McDonald's and Dairy Queen!
LeanSome pictures from the this weekend - quads yesterday, shoulders today. Shoulders had an extra pump thanks to DHB in them.
The lower back and glutes are right out of bed this morning - no filter, no diuretics, just about 800g of carbs yesterday. Got lines in my glutes all the way up to the lower back this year which I've never had before.
I'm going to play with the diet a bit this week then probably hit the rebound hard in another week or two. I've never been so proud of myself on a diet with how far I've come the last few months.

What’s a brief description of your diet/ calories? I know you mentioned 800g of carbs, was that a high day? Some pictures from the this weekend - quads yesterday, shoulders today. Shoulders had an extra pump thanks to DHB in them.

When I diet I do a cyclical ketogenic diet - no carbs Monday through Friday, load on the weekends. I like this because it's really easy to stick to, fat loss is very quick, and it's easy to get through the week knowing I get to eat freely on the weekend. What’s a brief description of your diet/ calories? Weekdays are protein only. This year I haven't used protein powder once, just meat or eggs. When I get about 4 weeks into the diet I start doing fat loads once or twice a week (intramuscular fat depletes just like glycogen). Fat loads are typically almond butter and cashews.
Weekends I eat whatever I want but that's probably 10-15 things I go through regularly. I do three meals on Saturday and Sunday and right now the carbs are coming out around 250g (brunch) / 200g (dinner) / 350g (dessert). I don't use insulin, just berberine with each meal and metformin with the second and third.
I would get dizzy if I stood up fast that low.Checked my BP immediately post workout this evening … shit accidentally got it too low. Not bad for 240lbs lol

Yes I usually like to be around 120/70 I didn’t intend to go this low but eh better low than high especially with my kidney issues. I’ll definitely ease up on some of the blood pressure supplements I utilizeI would get dizzy if I stood up fast that low.
