2 lbs of chicken breast per day, Blah...

I don't care about studies I care about real results, I used to eat around 200 pro and was stuck at a weight, I was told to up it to 350 pro, and I did and I stated gaining muscle again.

I'll get on the phone to ALL the heavy/super heavyies and tell them there doing it wrong

U think I don't know that, my kcals are always sky high any way, over 6k, 200kcal anit gona make a diffenece if it came from carb or fat

I'm curious to know how much meat everyone is eating per day and what protein sources do you utilize to meet your daily muscle building programs.

For me eating two pounds of chicken breast is sooo hard.
Of course this is just my main protein sources. I'm only asking about proteins and meats.

Can't do chicken anymore after years of eating.

This isn't rock solid but fairly accurate.

Bulking:

1 or 2 Egg shakes or cooked
1 or 2 steaks
whey post workout
1 Casein
2 tilapia fillets

Really whatever I'm in the mood for as long as I get all meals in. I try to keep shakes to a minimum and avoid them if possible.

Cutting:

Turkey
tilapia
egg whites
whey

just depends where I am in the diet.
 
They would look the same or better on low protein and high fat. We have no way of proving that. Without a willingness to experiment which none of you apparently have it's your loss. Good friend of mine went from 212 to 230 on this diet and got leaner at that weight in 3 weeks. Think what you want. I will continue to follow and advocate this diet.

Can you be more specific on "this diet" your friend was on? What were his stats? What were his macros? ect.

Gaining 18 pounds while losing fat in 3 weeks is very impressive for a diet change.
