Agmatine, a supplement you should know about and should be using

I use it. I mix it with my pre workout (condense). Sometimes I don't use it and only use the pre workout. I don't feel as good as a pump. Its not too pricey so I add it in.
 
Definitely a supp worth the look.

Pumps with vascularity is, to my knowledge, most peoples desired look, and this is literally what it delivers.

I have noticed increase in vascularity during my workouts, and also throughout the day. A lower network of viens are starting to become more visible throughout the day. Viens in triceps and chest now.

Moderately throughout the day but definitely for me seems to kick in after 30 minutes or so and peak by the end of my workouts. Because it acts as a vasodilator it can also give a nice added pump to sexual function as well.

I've been taking it for months on end and I do notice that the effects slightly subside after long periods. When I started using it I would take 500-750 mg and now I take 1-1.5 grams pre workout. I definitely won't use it with oral kickers like SD as the pump is a little too much to handle. It will definitely be a part of my off cycle supplement program in the foreseeable future!
 
Excellent product. Works very well. Also works pre sex. Watch taking it on an empty stomach like fasted in the am it can drop your blood sugar/pressure.
 
Just drink it before I leave the house. Probably 20-30mins before my first working set.

Examine.com is a great supplement research site. Highly recommended.

Might be best to take agmatine on an empty stomach, away from protein or arginine, citrulline etc intakes.

For those of you ordering the raw powder....what do you use to measure it?
What will give me a 500mg or 1g dose of it. Hell, even 750.....any easy measurement.

I have a scale but it only goes by grams....not fractions of grams/mg. I just got a 30g pack from TrueNutrition.

Well shit, looks like I found my answer pretty quick. According to the site, 1/4 of a teaspoon is .9grams. Damn that is a tiny amount.

They have 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 tsp measuring cups?
 
Been using it for a week, does what it says- gives me a good pump.
