Aminos Intra-Workout

If I could but would be costly on my end I would do something like this...

• EAA 20g otherwise BCAA with a good ratio of Leucine being superior to other aminos in a efficent dose perhaps 20g
• PeptoPro/Casein Hydrosylate w/ Whey iso 20-25g
• Betaine/TMG 4.5g
• Creatine Mono 10-20g or maybe even COP or Gluconate
• Agmatine 500-1g
• GMS/Glycerine
• ALCAR 3g
• Vit. B6 (P5P) 50mg
• Citrulline Malate 8g
• Taurine 5-10g
• BeetRoot Solution

Additions can include: ArA, Potassium Nitrate.

What maybe also interesting is to include a specific dose of EAAs, Glycine, Alanine.. I am not to fond on glutamine intra-wo. Preferably Glutamine along with Carbohydrate meals.. spaced out throughout the day is okay.

To mention I think I would prefer to use Coconut water/Lemon Juice rather than water, however if h2o at least carbonated water!

However beyond this, this would be a crazy pre/intra blend

Some prefer a more complete approach and take in EAAs. Others just go for BCAA's. Some even go for Leucine alone, leucine is probably the single most important amino acid.

I do LOVE these... and used them for a while...but now I just go with the straight pepto pro for the amino acid component on my intra workout. Pepto-pro plus MPA Muscle Intrusion

I use USPLabs Modern BCAA+ with all my workouts.

They FINALLY reformulated their flavors and are actually do-able now. They also have double the leucine than Xtend. So Ive changed to USPlabs Modern BCAA Watermelon.
