I really like HIGHLY BRANCHED CYCLIC DEXTRIN. I’ve been using it for years and I digest it really well….the picture is the one I use.

Dextrose is cheap and what Milos Sarcev recommends these days. I digest Dextrose well and its considerably cheaper than the alternatives. I recommend buying small amounts of varying products and see what you digest best.

I used to love the "fresh" feeling the Biotest Surge Workout Fuel (HBCD main ingredient) would give me. Like I could go all day. You get that feeling from this?

Might give it a buy.

There's no ideal preferred type - you use whatever you digest best. The big ones are Karbolyn, highly branched cyclic dextrin, and Gatorade powder.

It doesn't matter what I like best - you need to figure out what you like best. I told you the best ones, see how they work for you.

You're going to take this as an insult but it's not - it's the truth. So many guys here are hardcore info gatherers and want to know what gauge needle you inject with, what phase the moon is in when you train back, all sorts of irrelevant shit.

For success in bodybuilding it doesn't matter what everyone else does - you need to figure out what works best for you.
