Is this better than all at once?Make sure you supplement 1 gram of taurine in between meals 3 to 5 times a day to reduce cramping. It really makes a big difference!
Had an old liquid bottle laying around since 2014 or so...dosed 10 mgs and seem to feel it...hot, sweat, now laying down and subsides but figure 10 mgs is fine....took four g taurine first thing empty n cardio...
