You look great, dude. And I think crossfit is awesome if that's what the person is into. All this east coast, west coast, tupac vs biggie, bodybuilding vs crossfit is pretty fuckin' silly.
But... To be fair... Haven't you said before that you were a bodybuilder before a crossfit enthusiast? And that at one time you were even up to 200lbs while bodybuilding and then dropped down to what you are now? You've also said that with crossfit you've been able to MAINTAIN your musclemass which leads me to believe that you owe much of your physique to your early bodybuilding roots, wouldn't you agree?
